Social Wellness
Social wellness is the recognition of our intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics.
Intrapersonal wellness is the ability to be cognizant of the self: emotions, feelings, and motivations. Through reflection and stillness we are able to become aware of our relationship with ourselves.
Interpersonal wellness is the ability to have meaningful relationships outside ourselves. Through empathy, clear boundaries, and communication we are able to cultivate healthy and satisfying relationships.
