Occupational wellness is the ability to engage with your work and personal life with balance. It is the ability to find careers and work opportunities that support the whole self.

Social Wellness

Social wellness is the recognition of our intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics. 

Intrapersonal wellness is the ability to be cognizant of the self: emotions, feelings, and motivations. Through reflection and stillness we are able to become aware of our relationship with ourselves.

Interpersonal wellness is the ability to have meaningful relationships outside ourselves. Through empathy, clear boundaries, and communication we are able to cultivate healthy and satisfying relationships.

Mental and Emotional Wellness

Mental wellness is the ability to tend to everyday stressors with ease and understanding. 

Emotional wellness is the ability to recognize, identify, and accept our feelings. At PWG, we emphasize that emotions are complex and fleeting. 

Through identification we focus on properly identifying our feelings to properly tend our emotional wellbeing, noting that our thoughts become our feelings.

Environmental Wellness

Environmental wellness is the recognition of nature and our environment. Environmental wellness is the ability to study our impact on our immediate and and peripheral surroundings and to make choices to support a harmonious balance between ourselves and nature.
